1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing any part of the POB platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2 User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3 Course & Content Access

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials including videos, tests, and PDFs for personal educational use only. You may not:

• Download, copy, or redistribute course content without written permission.
• Share access credentials or course materials with third parties.
• Use content for commercial purposes.

4 Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Course fees are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase or once more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, whichever comes first. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for genuine technical issues.

5 Intellectual Property

All content on the POB platform — including courses, tests, PDFs, graphics, and text — is owned by POB or its content partners and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform.
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or DRM protections.
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Impersonate any person or organization.

7 Limitation of Liability

POB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform and its content will immediately cease.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
